I developed innovative design solutions and world-class product experiences that transform how people work; drove user experiences from concept to delivery based on in-depth comprehension of user needs and design principles. As part of a cross-functional team, I led the design approach, reconciled feedback from various stakeholders, and provided input to others in a collaborative, supportive, working environment. I created useful and desirable software product and service experiences for the industrial internet of things; cooperated with the UX Researcher and led some activities to generate designs.

American Family Insurance, also abbreviated as AmFam, is an American private mutual company that focuses on property, casualty, and auto insurance, and also offers commercial insurance, life, health, and homeowners coverage as well as investment and retirement-planning products. As the Lead UX/UI Designer in the E-Commerce team, I successfully develop J.D Power #1 ranking digital shopping experience, innovative design solutions and world-class product experiences that transform how consumers shop for insurance. I also designed with an AI-first mindset, envisioning how intelligent recommendations, co-pilots, agents, and assistive interactions enhance user workflows. I drive user experiences from concept to delivery based on in-depth comprehension of user needs and design principles.

Willis Towers Watson Design System and Application designs

As the Lead UX/UI Designer for WTW Design System and their application designs, I worked with branding, marketing and development team and produced the design system from ground up and made sure the color palette of the components from typography, functionalities, layout elements, charts and graphs and the fonts stylesheets accommodate the web development standards for the World Wide Web for efficient download and consistent viewing. This design system is an evolution of the WTW Toolkit found on UX standards willistowerswatson.com. WTW's RSG division is upgrading the Toolkit to match Bootstrap conventions and standards for a more consistent overall design system. In addition, I am also the Lead UX Designer applying the upgraded design system to their application designs. I designed high fidelity mockups and prototypes of WTW applications.

Business Insurance

Country Financial is a group of US insurance and financial services companies with customers in 19 states since 1925. As the Lead UX Designer, I follow a user-centered design process, creating artifacts throughout the process to deliver clear interaction specifications. I advocate for the user experience by leveraging voice-of-customer insights, market research, and emerging trends to inform digital design and development. I conduct user research and usability testing, and collaborate across the organization to align design with both technical requirements and business objectives. I translate ideas into user flows, wireframes, functional specifications, and prototypes for usability testing, and present design solutions and rationale to key stakeholders.

United Healthcare is a Group company which provides network-based health and well-being benefits and services for employers and consumers nationwide. As the UX Designer for the experience team, I cooperated with business owners, business analysts and developers to design the user interaction of new site capabilities based on user research and business requirements. I lead and supported mobile and web based portals that help provide members, employers, brokers and healthcare providers with tools to manage healthcare benefits.

Healthcare portal

TheDailyapple.com is a healthcare portal that allows consumers to manage their health using multiple resources, including care providers, literature and health advisors. The Daily Apple also offers individuals and families the opportunity to become active members of a health service. Members can access their health records and laboratory data, in addition to receiving health information, news and wellness plans specific to their health needs. As the lead designer, I designed the user experience and user interface of the web pages, user flows and healthcare programs offered.
